Today, October 17, marks the first year anniversary of Pot legalization in Canada.
Sales of legal weed is estimated at around $1 billion, with the illegal market estimated around $6 billion. Though there’s a long way to go before the black market is abolished, the country has made significant progress.
Cannabis edibles has also officially become legal in Canada this week. However, don’t expect to see them in stores until mid-December.
