Mark Boiteau takes on Burger Week with this Greek twist. Lightly toasted brioche bun, layered in a custom in-house tzatziki sauce infused with feta cheese, slice of tomato and red onion rest atop shaved Gyro meat right off the rotisserie and marinated in Boiteau Craft Maple Syrup that has been aged over a year in tequila barrels, held down by Johnny’s signature seasoned beef patty. Drink and fries included as well as a portion of sale proceeds going to Pulford Community Living Services.
