A Taste of Manitoba is returning to Fort Gibraltar this September, bringing together some of the province’s best restaurants, live entertainment, and local vendors for a celebration of Manitoba’s diverse food scene.
The 2026 edition of A Taste of Manitoba takes place from September 3 to 7, 2026, at Fort Gibraltar in Winnipeg’s St. Boniface neighbourhood. The five-day festival will feature dozens of local flavours, live performances, activities, and a chance to sample dishes from some of Manitoba’s favourite restaurants.
Admission to A Taste of Manitoba is FREE, with food and beverages purchased using Taste Tickets. Tickets can be purchased in advance, with each ticket valued at $2. Food and beverage items range from 2 to 10 tickets, allowing visitors to sample multiple dishes throughout the festival.
