Dragon Ball fans across Canada will soon have a new reason to make a trip to Burger King. The fast-food chain is launching a limited-time Dragon Ball Super Power Up Pack nationwide beginning September 1, 2026.

The promotion brings together Dragon Ball Super-themed food, a special drink and, most importantly for collectors, six collectible Dragon Ball figures.

The Burger King Canada promotion is part of a growing trend of anime franchises teaming up with major fast-food chains, giving fans a chance to pick up exclusive collectibles alongside their meals.

Six Dragon Ball Figures to Collect

Fans looking to collect the entire set will have six different figures to track down. The lineup includes both classic versions of popular characters and their more powerful Super Saiyan Blue forms.

  • Goku
  • Vegeta
  • Piccolo
  • Beerus
  • Super Saiyan Blue Goku
  • Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta

With six figures available, collectors may need to make multiple Burger King visits to complete the set, depending on which figures are available at individual restaurants.

Dragon Ball Super Takes Over Burger King

The promotion goes beyond the collectible toys. Burger King is giving the meal a Dragon Ball-inspired makeover with Super Saiyan Sauce for the nuggets and a Dragon Ball Burst Lemonade with Mango Popping Boba.

The result is a fast-food promotion designed to appeal to both longtime Dragon Ball fans and a new generation discovering the franchise.

Anime and Fast-Food Toys in Canada

Dragon Ball is far from the first anime franchise to make its way into Canadian fast-food restaurants.

In 2026, McDonald’s Canada took part in the international UNO x Anime promotion, with Happy Meal collectibles featuring anime franchises including Spy x Family, My Hero Academia, Naruto and Boruto.

McDonald’s Canada also made a major splash with anime fans in 2024 when it launched WcDonald’s. The limited-time Canadian promotion featured manga-inspired packaging, a special Savoury Chili sauce and 10-piece “WcNuggets,” along with original animated content.

Another major example is Yu-Gi-Oh!. McDonald’s partnered with Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sanrio for a worldwide Happy Meal promotion featuring collectible characters combining Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters with iconic Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters. Canada was among the markets included in the international rollout.

And, of course, Pokémon has a long history with fast-food promotions. Burger King itself has offered Pokémon promotional toys over the years, including major collections in the late 1990s and 2000s. McDonald’s has also regularly featured Pokémon toys in Happy Meals.

That history makes the arrival of Dragon Ball Super at Burger King especially interesting for collectors. Dragon Ball has previously appeared in fast-food promotions internationally, but this new Canadian promotion gives fans another opportunity to bring the characters home as physical collectibles.

When Does the Dragon Ball Burger King Promotion Start in Canada?

The Dragon Ball Super Power Up Pack launches nationwide at Burger King Canada on September 1, 2026.

The promotion is available for a limited time, so Dragon Ball fans and collectors will want to visit participating Burger King locations while supplies last.

With six figures to collect, the promotion could quickly become one of the more popular fast-food toy promotions of 2026, particularly among Dragon Ball fans who grew up with Goku, Vegeta and the rest of the Z Fighters.
