Winnipeg shoppers won’t have to wait much longer. UNIQLO has officially announced that its second Manitoba location at St. Vital Centre will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, August 21, 2026.
The new store follows the successful launch of UNIQLO’s first Winnipeg location at CF Polo Park and will bring the retailer’s full lineup of LifeWear apparel to south Winnipeg. To celebrate the opening, UNIQLO has planned three days of exclusive promotions, giveaways, and special events that are only available at the St. Vital Centre location.

The grand opening celebrations will run from August 21 to August 23, 2026. Here’s what shoppers can look forward to:
Free Breakfast for the First 300 Customers Each Morning
Start your morning with a special treat courtesy of two popular local businesses.
- Friday, August 21: 9:10 a.m.
- Saturday, August 22: 10:00 a.m.
- Sunday, August 23: 11:00 a.m.
The first 300 customers in line each day will receive a complimentary breakfast featuring an exclusive strawberry-matcha cruller from Crumb Queen and a matcha latte from Maro Matcha.

Spend $99+ and Receive an Exclusive Blind Box Plush Phone Holder Keychain
From August 21 to August 23, customers who spend $99 or more before tax in-store will receive a free exclusive Blind Box Plush Phone Holder Keychain.
