The Winnipeg Jets have unveiled their promotional schedule for the 2026-27 NHL season, featuring a record number of giveaway games, returning fan-favourite theme nights, cultural celebrations, community initiatives and several new ways for fans to get exclusive Jets merchandise.
The promotional schedule includes 26 special games and events throughout the season, highlighted by the debut of Lunar New Year Night, a new series of Jets Specialty Tickets and some highly anticipated giveaways. Fans can view the full schedule at winnipegjets.com/promos.
Winnipeg Jets Giveaway Highlights for 2026-27
One of the biggest draws of the new promotional schedule will be the number of opportunities for fans to take home limited-edition Winnipeg Jets merchandise.
The season starts with one of the most anticipated giveaways of the year. The first 7,000 fans at the Jets Home Opener on October 2 will receive a Jets Retro Goalie Mask.
Other major giveaways include a Jets 90s Denim Dad Hat for the first 5,000 fans at 90s Night on November 10 and a Jets Fuzzy Bucket Hat for the first 5,000 fans at Après Ski Night on January 2.
Fans will also be able to collect a Jets Hoser Hat during the Hoser Game on March 13 and a Jets Cowboy Hat during Country Night on March 20. Additional giveaway nights will feature items including a Beer Boot Cup, Collector Cup and Jets Mittens.
New Lunar New Year Night Coming to Winnipeg
The Jets are adding a new cultural celebration to their lineup this season with Lunar New Year Night on February 17, when Winnipeg hosts the Los Angeles Kings.
Lunar New Year is celebrated by approximately 2 billion people around the world and will mark the beginning of the Year of the Goat in 2027. The new event will join the Jets’ existing cultural heritage games featuring food, music and dance from different communities.
Other cultural celebrations include Filipino Heritage Night, Ukrainian Heritage Night, the South Asian Heritage Game, WASAC Night and Black History Night.
New Winnipeg Jets Specialty Tickets
The Jets are also introducing a new Specialty Ticket program that gives fans access to exclusive limited-edition memorabilia that won’t be available through traditional giveaway games.
Specialty Tickets will be available in limited quantities for select games, with the associated collectible available for pickup at the game. The first Specialty Ticket game is October 7 and will feature an exclusive Winnipeg Jets Baseball Jersey.
Additional Specialty Ticket collectibles planned throughout the season include a Jets Run Club Hat, a Mark Scheifele Bobblehead and a Jets Halloween Trick-or-Treat Pillowcase.

2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic
One of the biggest events on the Jets’ entire 2026-27 calendar isn’t technically a promotional giveaway night, but it will be one of the most memorable experiences of the season.
The 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic will take place Sunday, October 25 at Princess Auto Stadium, with the Winnipeg Jets hosting the Montreal Canadiens in an outdoor NHL matchup.
The weekend will also feature a special Alumni Game on October 24 at Canada Life Centre. The game will feature Jets and Canadiens alumni, including several popular Winnipeg Jets 2.0 players such as Dustin Byfuglien, Andrew Ladd, Blake Wheeler and members of the famed GST line: Tanner Glass, Jim Slater and Chris Thorburn.
Winnipeg Jets Community Nights
The Jets will once again use several games throughout the season to raise awareness and support important causes in Winnipeg and Manitoba.
Highlights include the Child Advocacy Game on October 17, Pride Night on November 19, Hockey Fights Cancer on November 30, Canadian Armed Forces Night on December 8, Hockey Talks on January 16, Celebrating Women in Sport on March 7 and Parkinson’s Awareness Night on April 7.
The Jets’ 14th annual Hockey Fights Cancer game will also be part of a month-long campaign raising funds for the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.

When Do Winnipeg Jets Single-Game Tickets Go On Sale?
General public sales for Winnipeg Jets single-game tickets begin Tuesday, August 11 at noon through winnipegjets.com/tickets.
Jets Mail and Jets Text subscribers and Jets 360 members received access to a presale beginning at 10 a.m. on August 11, while Season Ticket Members received early access to additional tickets on August 10.
Memberships, four- and six-game ticket packs, group tickets and the Jets Passport are also available.
With the 2026-27 season featuring new giveaways, the addition of Lunar New Year Night, exclusive Specialty Ticket collectibles and the return of the NHL Heritage Classic to Winnipeg, fans will have plenty of reasons to circle dates on the Jets promotional schedule.
