It looks like XM Radio is in desperate need of subscribers. They currently have a HUGE promotion going on till April 10. Get a XM Radio plus 3 months subscription for only $9.99 available at Futureshop.
The catch? You have to manually deactivate your account after 3 months or they will automatically bill you. Great for someone who is looking to explore satellite radio for a give-away price.
I’m more of a SIRIUS Satellite radio guy myself. For people not following the whole satellite radio news, SIRIUS has just announced the buyout/merger of XM Radio pending approval from the FCC. It is expect to be approved very soon but I imagine that you will still be able to use these XM radios on the new joint network.
