For those who havent noticed yet that Young Street has been converted to a one-way street northbound between Portage Avenue and Ellice Avenue effective Saturday, November 22, 2008.
The change to one-way northbound in this block supports the operation of the new Transit loop road recently constructed between Young Street and Spence Street by the University of Winnipeg.
