For a flat rate of $5, this service lets customers order products online and pick them up in a safe, contactless way at the store.
Curbside Click and Collect in Winnipeg will be operating on limited hours:

- Monday – Friday
10am – 9pm - Saturday
10am – 7pm - Sunday

They’ve designed thier curbside Click & Collect pick up process to be completely contactless, so you don’t have to leave your vehicle until your items are brought to you.
Before heading to the store, wait for the “Your Order is Ready” confirmation email from IKEA. Once you arrive, be sure to follow the traffic guidance and instructions upon entrance into the store parking lot.
Step 1
Stop at the greeter station and confirm your order number with one of the workers. They’ll assign you a parking space number and ask you to proceed to the Click & Collect Parking zone.
Step 2
Once you’ve received your assigned parking number at the greeter station, head over to the Click & Collect Parking zone. Park in the location assigned to you.
Step 3
Wait patiently in your vehicle, until a worker brings your order to a spot near your vehicle. You will then be asked to show ID through your window. The co-worker will then step aside to ensure physical distancing. Only then should you leave your vehicle to load your goods.
