The Assiniboine Credit Union River Trail at the Forks is now open.
The trail runs from the Forks to Assiniboine Park and holds the record for the worlds longest naturally frozen skating trail.
Last year’s trail was 8.54 km and this years plan is to beat that record and hit 9.0 km.
