As previously announced, Steve Madden will open its first Winnipeg store at Polo Park Shopping Centre. The store will take over the premise that Cleo is currently in. Construction will begin on June 1, 2013, with the store expecting to open on August 1.
Steve Madden, Ltd. was named “Company of the Year” for 2006 at the Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City on December 5, 2006. Madden said, in accepting the award, that he was going to use this award as a stepping off point for improving his company’s image.
There are currently 9 Steve Madden locations in Canada with a few more expected to open this year.
