MADY and Fortess Real Developments has release a first look at the proposed new tower that will be located at the corner of Graham Avenue and Garry Street. The landmark project will transform the skyline of Winnipeg – which has been static for years. The project is currently called LiveWorkPlay, but Winnipeggers can enter a contest to give the tower a name. The winner will receive $3,000.

This mixed use development will be the first of its kind in Winnipeg. The tallest building between Toronto and Calgary. Home to over 400 luxury suites, a 25,000 square foot grocery store and over 15,000 square feet of amenities.
