The City of Winnipeg Animal Services Agency will be hosting a Summer Dog Sale from Sunday, July 20 – Tuesday, July 22, 2014.
All in-house adult dog adoptions will be only $99 and include license, micro-chip, spay/neuter, basic shots, food and pet health insurance.

- Monday, July 21 from 12 noon to 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 22 from 12 noon to 5:30 p.m.

Don’t forget, dogs over six months of age must have and wear a dog license. Dogs entering Animal Services not wearing a valid license are held three days until being placed up for adoption, sent to rescue, or euthanized. Stray dogs found wearing a current license are given a “free release” once a year and held up to 10 days at Animal Services.
In 2013, 856 dogs wearing a license were reunited to their owners by 311 without ever setting foot in the Animal Services’ facility.
