Empress Street will be closed at Ellice Avenue beginning Wednesday, September 24 at 7:00 a.m.
The closure will accommodate infrastructure improvements in the Polo Park area.
Here is the lane closure schedule:
- September 24 – 25: Northbound and Southbound lanes closed (Closed to all traffic)
- September 26 – October 3: Northbound open, Southbound closed (Open for both directions, one lane)
- October 4 – 10: Southbound open, Northbound closed (Open for both directions, one lane)
Traffic will be maintained in both directions on Ellice Avenue and local access will be maintained on Empress Street at all times.
If this is your route to the mall, then make sure to allow for extra time.
