MTS customers may experience interruptions to their LTE and HSPA data wireless service. This will also include partners who share MTS cellular towers, such as Rogers and Fido.
A network software upgrade undertaken during planned maintenance has taken longer than anticipated. Voice service is not impacted.
Users can temporarily disable LTE or HSPA and use 3G. 3G will provider slower data, but a consistent connection while MTS resolves the issue.
MTS is working as quickly as possible to restore full service.
