Winnipeg Transit’s Santa Bus will hit the road on Thursday, December 1. The bus will collect cash donations for the Christmas Cheer Board until Saturday, December 24, 2016.
Look for the Santa Bus on the following routes:
- 11 Kildonan – Portage (December 1 to 6)
- 16 Osborne – Selkirk (December 7 to 12)
- 19 Marion-Logan, Notre Dame (December 13 to 18)
- 18 North Main – Corydon (December 19 to 24)
Bus #147 features larger-than-life vinyl graphics of Santa and all of his reindeer.
“The Santa Bus raised $15,000 in 2015 and we’re ho-ho-hoping to collect even more this year,” said Mr. Claus.
