A fresh take on a classic dish from over the pond; a soft boiled egg, wrapped in our beautifully seasoned pork and beef patty, lightly breaded and deep fried to perfection. Served on our buttery brioche, topped with our fresh garlic aioli, double cheesed with creamy swiss, two slices of bacon smoked, not just once but twice, garden fresh tomato and lettuce, and finished off with our piquante Dijon Mustard Sauce, infused with Murphy’s Stout. This burger isn’t just good, its egg-cellent!
