Our burgers always find inspiration from the beautiful people of Manitoba. This years creation comes from one of the greatest culinary nations in the world…. Our burger starts with a locally baked and toasted brioche bun, then layered with gruyere, provence mornay sauce, fresh arugula, Brazen beef patty, gout de vin (grape and wine relish), crispy porc confit, chips de navet and a lavendar beurre blanc. We recommend some stretching before you arrive! Bun a’pay’tee!
