Cineplex is excited to host its annual Community Day event, offering free movies and discounted concessions while raising funds for a great cause. Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 15, 2025. The event runs from 9:00am to 11:00am at participating locations across Canada.
Enjoy a wonderful morning of free family-friendly films and deeply discounted snacks. A significant portion of the proceeds goes directly to BGC Canada (formerly Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada), supporting vital community programs. Plus, get a FREE 30-minute play card to use on your favourite games in our XSCAPE entertainment centres before your movie.
$1 from every concession order during the event (and additionally throughout the day) will be donated to the national non-profit.
Moviegoers can grab those essential concession items for just $3 each. Doors open at 9:00am, and tickets for the free screenings are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Showtimes start at 10:00am.
