Most school divisions will have their first day of classes on Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Winnipeg has yet to set a law to have reduced speed school zones, but no one should be doing 50 km/h near a school.
Most schools begin at 9am, lunch at 12pm, and end at 3:30pm. Motorist a reminded to take extra caution while in school zones during these hours.
