The former Target location by CF Polo Park will finally be getting new tenants.
The U.S. giant closed all its Target Canadian locations back in 2015 when it decided to pull out of the Canadian market. The massive 107,000-square-foot building by CF Polo Park has been vacant ever since.
The City approved a request to divide the building into three retail spaces. The area will also have a new 3,900-square-foot lobby that will connect two of the three stores.
Winners and HomeSense will be the first tenants to move in. Opening dates will be announced later this year. It’s assumed that the Winners location just down the block at 1320 Ellice will close.
