Our juiciest burger yet, 20% beef chuck, 30% of our Texas beef brisket and 50% of our Georgia Chopped pork. Ground and marinated in our house made marinade for 12 hours. Resting on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce, seasoned with spices, topped with kickin’ fried onions, pickled ginger, and drizzled with an orange citrus dressing all between a brioche bun spread with a sweet pineapple ricotta cheese. Served with a side of our made from scratch au jus burger dip. Add jalapeno bacon for some extra kick.
