Telus will be doing a soft launch of their HSPA+ network in Manitoba on February 16, 2011.
This would mean that Winnipeggers can finally share the joy of various new handhelds such as the iPhone, BlackBerry Torch, and HTC Desire on the Telus network.
A primary marketing campaign is expected to begin in March 2011. Winnipeg has already shown up on the Ontario HSPA+ Coverage Map.
