As expected, indoor safe trick or treating at Winnipeg malls have been cancelled due to COVID-19.
Kildonan Place, Grant Park, and St. Vital have all cancelled their normal Halloween events, and all other malls are expected to follow.
A formal announcement regarding Halloween is expected from Government officials shortly.
